Burn Out is an excellent oxidation problem-solving product. Used for algae related problems, low sanitizer levels or situations where pools experience a chlorine demand problem.
Dosage
Chloramines: Use 1 bag of Burn-Out® per 45,000 litres of pool water to oxidize 1 ppm of combined chlorine.
Algae/chlorine demand: 2 bags of Burn-Out® per 45,000 litres of pool water.
Broadcast over deep end of pool. For bleachable surfaces pre-dissolve in a bucket of water then apply to deep end of pool. Wait for chlorine level to drop below 5ppm before swimming resumes.
CAUTION: Always apply directly to the pool with pump and filter operating, never through the weir/skimmer.
